Photo organizer for Windows · Private by design
Every family photo,
finally in order.
Hael Studio is an app for your Windows PC. It gathers the photos scattered across old drives, phones and memory cards, removes the duplicates, and sorts everything into one clean family archive — by year, event and person.
Your originals are never touched. The app works only on copies it makes.
Everything happens on your computer. No cloud account, no subscription, nothing but the app on your PC.
We never store your photos. Not one. Nothing from your archive is kept anywhere but your PC.
One-time purchase. No subscription, and no cloud account needed to use the app.

The Library, filtered to one person. Faces are found on your PC.
The problem
Thirty years of memories, scattered across six drives and four phones.
Old laptops, dusty externals, camera cards, phone backups of phone backups. The photos exist — somewhere — in folders named "New Folder (3)". Hael Studio was built to end that, without handing your family's history to a cloud company.
What it does
An archivist that works for you.
■Scans everything
Point it at any drive or folder. It reads photo and video metadata — dates, cameras, locations — and builds a complete index of what you actually have.
■Kills duplicates
The same photo copied across five backups becomes one photo. Exact duplicates are detected and set aside before anything is organized.
■Recognizes faces
Face recognition runs on your computer and groups photos by person. Name someone once and the archive learns who's who.
■Detects events
Birthdays, holidays, vacations. Photos are grouped into the moments they belong to, with you confirming every suggestion. Smart event tags, included with every licence, suggest more.
■Understands media
Screenshots, selfies, videos, Live Photos — each type is recognized and handled the way it should be, not dumped in one pile.
■Stays on your computer
Your archive is files and folders on your own drive, organized by year and event. If the app vanished tomorrow, your archive would still make sense.
